Using spare trailing edge wedge as guide, marked and dirlled alternating holes in 1/8 x 2in steel flat bar.
Installed and taped in place, alternating rivets. Rudder was then clecoed to steel bar and work bench.
Partially set every fifth rivet with back rivet set until all rivets were started. Switched to flush set and finished setting rivets. Then flipped rudder over and lightly set rivets on other side.
Then loaded and taped in remaining rivets and repeated process.
