Brief Description: Riveted rudder spar

Removed clecos and cleaned holes with #40 drill and countersink bit by hand. Riveted R-1002 spar to shear clips with LP4-3 rivets and rudder horn and striker plates with rivets per plans. Riveted R-1003A and B together and attached to R-1002. Riveted skins to R-1002 spar with rivets per plans. R-1012 counterbalance rib installed and riveted to spar and skins leaving last three holes open.
