Trimmed core from aft upper cowling to uniform deminsion. Filled the rough edge with microlight. Ready for two layers of glass. Spread remaining microlight on top seams.
Fabricated new center baffle attach bracket and center baffle tie backs out of .032 steel. Drilled, deburred and attached. Reinstalled forward ramps and started trimming center baffle to accomodate cowling air inlet ramps.
Reinstalled oil cooler and lines as Tom from Flightlines is coming tomorrow to help with last two lines.
Installed all spinner screws and prop is ready to be torqued.
