Worked on ext. valve installation. Trimmed the ext rod to the correct length. During testing the installation, the valve detents did not line up with the faceplate stops. Double checked all parts where assembled per directions and Andair website photos One of the two parts in photo is not correct.
Found my alternative vent system has interference issue with the fuselage wing spar connection and I need to install low fuel optical sensor.
Cut 5" hole in right tank aft bulkhead-UGH!!! Removed AN832-5-D fitting and determined that a 90 degre bulkhead fitting will provide adequate clearance with spar carry through structure.
