Last night, I fit the oil cooler in place. When the oil cooler is on, the rear baffle, behind the #4 cylinder has a good bid of play in it - a lot of flex. On Vansairforce, there have been a lot of stories about that corner of the baffle assembly cracking due to fatigue failure.
I know the design of the baffles was reinforced. I added a cross-angle and a diagonal tube brace.
