I am using a Pillar Point fluid sensor in one of the fuel lines coming from the wings. This sensor will activate a light on the dash of the line runs dry. I wanted to upgrade the header tank in my plane for two reasons, first is a concern that it will leak and allow smells into the cockpit, and the second is that I want at least a gallon of reserve fuel when the dash light comes on. This will be enough to allow me to find a road or feild to land in should I ever be in that position.
I also installed a fuel pump in my plane. I don't think they are needed in a high wing plane, but I wanted it there to pump out of the header tank in the case I need to use the low fuel procedures described above.
The last image shows how I mounted the ADHRS unit behind the seats.
