Brief Description: Ironed the Fuselage Patches and Started Tapes.
Today I spent some time ironing all the patches in preparation for installing the tapes.
I discovered the flashlight method of locating puckers and bubbles. By shining the flashlight along and close to the fabric, any bumps in the fabric will cause a shadow that is easy to see.
After ironing any high spots and running the iron along the edges, I started with the fuselage tapes. It probably doesn't matter, but I am putting some thought into the order the tapes are installed to eliminate as many exposed edges as possible. I was able to get the fin rib tapes in place before running out of time for the day.
