Brief Description: Shrink Wing Fabric and Start Cap Strip Install.
Lots of outside interruptions lately, and it has been almost a month since my last post...
I have the fabric on the wing final shrunk and have installed the double sided tape over the ribs.
* I used a halogen light to shine through through the wing to locate the holes in the ribs. The light will shine through the tape once it gets close enough to the wing, and then line it up and press it down.
* The wing stands are turning out to be very useful in this process as you are constantly moving between the top and bottom of the wings. The RANS CLAN forum was generous enough to host a copy of the plans I used to build the stands in their download section. Check them out at RANSCLAN.COM
