Fabd the fuel tank vent. Attached to the inbd rib.
18-07 Assy the fuel sender. Had to make a V bend in the wire as to let it not hit riv and top and bottom of tank. Sealed sender into place and installed hardware. Did resistance check. ok.
18-08. Step 1 Applied sealant in the corners of the ribs in prep for the tank bafle install. Placed sealant on tank skin to allow baffle to push into place. Clecod baffle into place. installed rivets and pop rivets as called out. Took 2 people to place rivets into place as it was curing fast. Installed Z brackets. Used CS3204 B2. Second coat of 890 B2 in spots where it was thin. After dry did final coat of 890 A2 to fill in any pin holes.
18-09. Performed leak test of tank. Leak check good. Held pressure and sprayed with soapy water.
All inspected by A&P Extrordinare Donald "bulldog" Sortland # 2841579. All looks good.
