Followed steps 1-12 Final drilled as required. Deburred all holes. Dimpled all the ribs as step 6 calls out. Seperated tank stiffeners and deburred. Trimed t-1012 tank Z's.
18-03 Riveted nut plates to the tank Z's. Fabd the tank J stiffener. Step 6 Machined counterskink the tank skin as required. Dimpled the tank skin. Countersunk the fuel cap flange.
18-04. Seperated the T-1005 shims. Dimpled the shims for nutplates. Final drilled the shims and dimpled and countersunk the attach brackets as req.
Step 7 Assembled the tank and rib flanges.
18-05. Final drilled the drain flange. Rivetede the stiffeners to the skin wet.
Began riveting the ribs into place wet as required. Installed with one coat of CS-3204 B2. After sealent dried I did a recoat of B2 for it might have been thin on the flanges. After dry placed a final thin coat of 890 A2.
