PRC, is a mess. The manual say 2 tubes of PRC can do the whole thing and you have 2 hours to do it. Not possible. Here is what I did, 1. used 2 tubes of PRC and installed the baffles and filler neck, drain and vent elbows. Let that sit for 2 weeks. 2. Another 2 tubes. Put the sides on and sealed them. Waited again. 3. Another 2 tubes installed the access panel and hardware and sealed that off. Now I wait again. Take it slow and my goal is to have 0 leaks. Time is my friend here. I am waiting on the more PRC so I can finished the tops. I am going to fill with gas before I installed the lids so I do not have to take them of and drill out all the rivets.
