Brief Description: Additional Flox on Wing Tip Extensions
Covered each wing tip in area around where the flox on the left and right wing tip extensions would touch the wing tip with release agent wax. Added glob of clay to area where nut will be placed on each wing tip extension. Prepared mix of fox/epoxy resin. Filled cavities in the upper flange of each extension that abut the forward wing tip ribs with flox/epoxy resin mixture. Then clecoed the extensions to the wing tip close-outs. Cleaned any flox/epopxy resin mixture that squeezed out.
