Drilled remaining two holes in the reight and left extensions into the forward wing tip ribs. Removed the extensions from each wing tip. Sanded away any flox that squeezed out araound the perimeter. Removed the bond breaker from the wing tips. Removed the clay plug. Match drilled holes in light-set mounting brackets into the extensions. Removed portion of extensions to create Molex connector opening. Countersunk six attach holes in the upper flange of each of the left and right extensions for rivet heads. Attached wing tip nav/position/strobe light-set mountingbrackets to the left and right extensions, as directed.
