I received the new vertical stabilizer skin from Van's. I clecoed it to the VS skeletal structure to ensure hole aligniment was correct. I used the soldering iron to remove the vinyl covering, in strips, from the rivet lines of the skin. I then drilled and deburred all skin to rib and spar holes to #40 and used the pnuematic squeezer and 3/32" dimple die to dimple all skin to rib/spar holes. I then primed the inside rivet lines of the VS skin.
