The key measurement is perpendicularity of the VS to the fuse. So after measuring....measuring...and measuring I clamped and had the VS in position. I lightly clamped the fwd spar as well. The F-681 and the spacer plate wer set in placed and clamped. Once again using double sided sticky tape worked wonders to hold the attaching plate and spacer exactly where needed.
After measuring the five hole locations and rechecking the locations and positions over and over again....I drilled the 5 holes.....success again!!
