I clecoed the rudder skin to the rudder skeleton. Match drilled all holes in the skin and skeleton. I deburred all the rudder and two elevator skins. Reviewed prints to prepare to build right elevator. The deburring takes the longest time of all the operations. Final operation of the day was to cut the right elevator counter weight. The right elevator lead weight is cut to remove weight due to the fact that the left elevator has the trim tab and weighs more so weight needs to be removed from the right one.
