Went to the shop to get a little time in on the build. I gathered the nylon wire ties and attached them to the new wire tie panel.
Next I put a piece of my foam rubber seal material on the front back of the panel in order to keep stuff from getting behind the gap between the tie panel and the baggage panel.
I installed the battery tray bolts to the wire tie panel and then attached the upper panel with the #8 screws.
I put the battery (not a real battery...just the case I conned from the Concorde rep at SnF booth). The new ver 2.0 panel has increased the space between battery and tie panel.
