With the antenna torqued to the mount from last session, I took it to the airplane and set it in place. I secured the feet on the outboard mount, installed the TNC connector and safety wired the hinge pin on the mount.
I needed to start getting BNC connectors installed on the coax wires run into the fuselage for the different antennas. I had bought a couple Amphenol 031-334 BNC 90 degree connectors for the two COMM antenna wires in the belly. I did a little research on the wire stripping dimensions. Stein had the diagram for the 31-335 connector so I took time to research the 31-334. There are some differences between the two plugs as I found a bit of a difference between the coax stripping requirements.
So all the coax cables have the connectors installed in the fuselage: Comm 1 & 2, Transponder, GPS, and VOR/LOC/ILS antenna. I will wait to trim the excess coax and connect the trays until final coax and wire is complete.
