Yesterday I received my propeller from MT Propeller. My driveway isn't conducive to tractor trailers driving down to deliver things. The driver called me and I agreed to meet him down the road at a large lot and we made the transfer. My wife assisted me with getting it off the truck. The crate and prop weighed 296 pounds....that was mostly crate because the prop weighs less than 60 pounds.
So I removed the one cover and the foam over one blade and saw the beautiful German handiwork before my eyes! It will be sitting in my workshop for a bit until it is called for in the build process.
The prop manual is in German and English.....maybe I can learn some of the language.
Oh....one more point....the propeller log states that this is a "winners" propeller....but my thought is if I am the winner how come MT was the one that got to keep the "CASH PRIZE"? haha
