I needed to make the template angles and the spacers to attach the ailerons to the wings and be able to measure and compare them to set them in the neutral position.
I bought two 4' X 1/8 X 1" aluminum angles from Home Depot Aviation Supply. I measured the tooling hole locations exactly and then marked and measured the holes. I center punched the locations and then drilled them...and that was completed.
Next I decided to make spacers that would hopefully space the rails just outside the ailerons. I made three sizes .650 / .700 / .750 that would hopefully be fairly close as I coiuld only estimate using the end of the wing skin. I had to notch the rear spacers due to there being a step due to the aileron hinge.....they should work fine.
