Got the adjacent sides of the fuel tank brackets completed today in the mill. I made a minor tweak in the program for the second bracket I machined. The nice thing about upgrading the controller a couple years ago is that it has thumb drives access through USB's that I can use to actually save the programs.
The old monochrome controller also had a 3 1/2 floppy drive....but I mean seriously...I knew that wouldn't last forever so when the controller died one day I decided to get a new one instead of getting the rebuilt older technology at a third of the price but without the better functionality.
Anyway it was fun to program and make these in the mill. They now have to wait to be drilled when the wings are installed and I can match them with the wing fuel tank bracket.
