During the short session tonight I got the vertical stabilizer cap installed. I had to finish dimpling and countersinking the holes. I followed up with riveting the cap in place.
I then got a piece of foam and marked it for filling in the back of the cap. After getting it cut and shaped I got it epoxied in place. I will be able to glass it next session.
