My first item was to get the baggage door finished up. I completed making the bracket. I then made spacers and drilled the firewall location to get the bottom of the cylinder locked in.
Then attaching the bracket to the cylinder and then fiddling around with the location until I was satisified with it and then drilled a single cleco hole to locate it.
I removed the door and parts and drilled for 3/32 pull rivets in the bracket and the door and countersunk them in prep for attaching it. The final step was shooting a fresh coat of paint and let dry till tomorrow.
I had all the tailwheel painted so it was time to stick it back in and get the tailwheel fly ready!!
