Brief Description:  Bond Alt Air Flange & Secure Cables

Worked on the snorkel alternate air flange once again for a bit after getting in the shop late due to getting the lawn mowed after work ( about a 2 1/2 hour venture every week!)

Anyway I scuffed up the surfaces real well and mixed the flox. I had marked the area where the flox would be filling the gap between where the flange and the snorkel surfaces diverged and needed the gap to be filled.

I mixed the flox to a thick consistancy and laid it around the section of the snorkel where the gap needed to be filled, keeping it away from the holes. I then set the flange on the snorkel and clecoed the flange which caused the flox to squeeze out from under and fill the gap where needed. I worked it with my finger and a popcicle stick to get the excess off and cleaned up and to get a nice fillet around the outside of the flange and cleaned up some of the flox that squeexed into the inside of the flange as well.

While that was starting to cure I went into the interior and tie wrapped the cables to get it all tidied up inside.
