It is always a great day when Ralph Hoover comes over to do some avionics/electrical work since he is such a master at both! I didn't use the word "assist" because it is I who does any assisting and I try to soak up as much "edumacation" as I can while he is there. To be honest this is a weaker portion of my knowledge. I can wire simple circuits and understand them....but when you start adding diodes, rheostats, canned busses, and circuit boards.....I get maxed out and enter an unexplored world in my knowledge base.
Ralph worked on connecting a Dsub that I installed a bracket to attach the connector to a little while back. He thought it would be a good idea to house the "extra" unused input and output wires that came in the harness for future use if I wanted to wire in something eles in the future!
He also worked on schematics for me with his laptop and continued to wire the AMP plug for the PIC stick. Ralph has really been a key to getting the harness I received straightened out and getting all the wiring in place......I can't thank him enough!!!
Moving along down the road.....I am trying to get the fuselage at a point where I can move it to the shop in back in order to put the wheels and tires on along with the engine and more wires!!!!
