I am allowing the proseal curing a bit more on the wing tips prior to continuing with them. Plus I want to get caught up a bit more with the fuselage wiring and stuff.
I decided to finish off the flap position sensor mounting by drilling the holes for the hinge attachment on the bulkhead. I got the final location for the mount where I wanted it and then match drilled the holes through the hinge. After getting it clekoed in place I ran the flap actuator up and down and looked at the marks on the servo arm to make sure they were within my travel limit marks....ops check good.
I then went to routing the wire for the AOA flap switch. I was planning on placing the switch on the left side originally but realized with the flap position sensor it would be too cluttered so I set it on the right side of the flap weldment. Since I had already run a wire for the switch I removed that wire and routed the wire down the right side of the airplane instead. I got it into location thru the floor area and will get it attached to the switch later.
I am looking to get everything done to get the floor in place where I can begin to start putting things in permanent. I will have to remove all the flap weldment and switches till I get to that point and then put it all back in....
