With the sketch in hand I headed out to the shop and started making two sensor connectors. I do this in hope that if I mess up one I will have a fall back in the second one.....if I don't mess either one up I have one to give away to someone....a win-win.
On this version I did not make the area around the connection ends narrower by milling away material because I decided to use 4-40 screws so I needed the extra material to be there.
Notice I customized the slots in V2.0....the larger slot was made to a slip fit onto the sensor arm(approx. .102) and the other end is for the aluminum tab on the adel clamp. The aluminum is .040 and the slot is made with a .062 endmill.....clearance here is better than a tight fit.
