I ran wires from the front panel area thru the right gear tower into the spar cavity and up thru a snap bushing in the spar cap to the terminal strip for the stick grips. I ran wires for trim, flaps and ground. Although I am using manual aileron trim, I ran wiring to the VP-X for left and right roll inputs. After the wires were run, I stripped and crimped on ring terminals which were connected to the terminal block. On the other end, I stripped the wires and crimped on Dsub pins. I then used an ohm meter to verify that each wire was corrected to the correct terminal per my wiring diagram. Then the pins were inserted into the Dsub connector which will be plugged in to the VP-X. I added clear shrink tubing with labels to mark each wire. Next up is to run the starter wires and the PTT wires.
