Brief Description: Attach backing plate to aft skirts
Tonight I mixed up some resin and cotton flox to a thick mixture. Applied a generous amount to the inside of the backing plate and clecoed it to the aft skirts. I removed one cleco at a time and replaced with a CS4-4 pop rivet. Then smoothed the edges around the backing plate where the excess resin squished out. Should be strong to keep the pull ring attached at Mach .8—canopy may come off but not that pull ring!
