Started back on the skirts today. Tackled the left skirt-toward the aft end the lower edge just won’t lay flat against the skin. I taped some wax paper to the fuse skin in the area with the gap. Mixed up some micro and applied to the inside of the skirt. Then clecoed the skirt to the frame and closed the canopy. After the micro set up, I opened the canopy and removed the wax paper. Trimmed the edge of the micro. Will need to sand down the outside so that the skirt is about the same thickness.
