Match reamed (#30) the left F-804N bulkhead cap to the bulkhead. Removed the bulkhead cap and deburred all holes as well as the holes in the bulkhead itself. Used my nutplate jig to drill attachment holes in the right F-804N bulkhead cap. Then used the jig to drill attachment holes in the longeron where the right mid cabin cover attaches. Could not get my squeezer in to set the nutplate rivets and couldn’t get the rivet gun on them either. Used some CCR-264SS-3 cherry pulled rivets to attach the nutplates. I used a single lug nutplate in the aft corner—looked like a K1000 nutplate would set too close to the edge.
