Cut the corners to remove the lid of the hatch. Cut 2 strips of .040 to use as doublers along the sides of the battery hatch opening on the rear baggage shelf. Edge finished on the scotchbrite wheel. Laid out the rivet holes on the first strip and used a Whitney Jr. to punch out the holes. Then clamped the two strips together and used the first strip as a template to duplicate rivet holes in the second strip.
