Brrrrr-temp is 0 right now. My shop heater can’t compete, so short building session tonight. I cut and bent the hinge pins for the right flap attachment. Used a piece of coat hanger as a guide for the bends. Cut a couple of hinge eyes to fab the little retainer clips. Match drilled the clips and the flap brace using a #19 bit.
