Spent the evening getting the small washers, spacers and bolts thru the aileron brackets. After much frustration, I used the “string and pin punch” method to get the bolts inserted thru the brackets and assorted washers etc. Here is a link to VansAirForce Forums showing the method I used—worked out ok. Then I worked on connecting the aileron push tube to the aileron and the bellcrank.
