I replaced clecos with screws for the spinner, the wing root fairings and the empennage fairing. I am waiting on an avionics order that includes a transponder and back-up battery. After these two items are installed, I believe I am ready to get the plane on the scales. I also began tailwheel training today in a Champ—considerably different from what I have flown in the past! Guess I didn’t scare the instructor too much, cause we’re scheduled for another session tomorrow.
