Brief Description: RIvet sides and rear seals to baffles
I drilled out the #40 holes in the sides and rear baffles for the seal attachment. Removed the seals, deburred all the holes and cleaned the seals with soap and water. I spread a bead of 3M weather strip silicone along the rivet line and clecoed the seals to the baffles. I attached the seal material with the kit supplied large dome head pop rivets. I want to install the top cowl for one more fitting check before I pop rivet the seals to the front baffle.
