I finished up the side baffle seals from the back to the front. I left the material a bit long where it folds inside--probably needs to be trimmed back after the engine is run and the heat fixes the material to the curve of the cowling. I made some paper templates for the forward baffle—this needs more cut and tape together before I have the final template to use for cutting the seal material.
