I cleaned up and primered the p4 hinge of the right wing and after dry, I clecoed the hinge and fiberglass spacer strip to the wing. Both wings are now ready for rivets. I finished machine countersinking the right tip with the p3 hinge clecoed in place to act as a guide for the cutter. Then, I positioned an Archer VOR antenna in the left tip and secured with side clamps. I used my Whitney punch with the existing holes in the skin/hinge to punch thru the strip on the antenna where it overlaps the hinge. I cleaned up the p3 hinges for both left and right tips, then taped off the side that will attach to the tip. This bare side will be bonded to the tip as well as riveted. I also taped off the area where the VOR antenna will be riveted to the hinge, then shot a coat of primer on all four hinge pieces.
