After drilling and deburring the rib for the left wing tip, I made a couple of clips to secure the hinge pins from some scrap hinge. Drilled #19 hole in the clips and rib for a #8 screw to be secured by a nutplate. I cut the hinge pins to proper length and bent them so that the clips will hold them in the desired position.
