Brief Description: Dimple holes, add wiring holes, prep R. fuel line
I used my pneumatic squeezer to dimple all of the holes in the F-826 & F-827 center bottom fuse skins. Then, I dimpled the 11 holes in each lower wing skin that matches up with the fuse skins. I marked a spot where my wing wiring will enter the fuse and used a unibit to open a hole on each side—I have some rubber grommets to fit in these holes. Also, drilled a small hole near the fuel line for the fuel level sender wire. I cut off about ¼” of the right fuel line which I had marked when the wings were on. Slipped on the nut and “B” nut, then flared the connection. I’ll have to wait on the left side—the grommet where the fuel line passes thru has a split—I’ll need to replace the grommet before flaring the line.

Even managed to get the "B" but in place before flaring!
