I used my backrivet plate as a guide to cut the panel for the Dynon screen. Cut the panel with a dremel using thin reinforced cutoff wheels (took 3 to get it cut--.063 is a bit tough to cut). After the center was cut out, I clamped the panel to my work table and began the process of filing for a final fit. This turned out to be a rather slow process—file, remove clamps, check fit, repeat, repeat. Finally got a decent fit—still need to sand the edges to remove some file marks and radius the corners just a bit. Next up—locate mounting holes and drill for nutplates. Merry Christmas to all--
