Brief Description:  L. & R. Wings-clecoed outboard skins to wing

Tonight I clecoed on both left and right lower outboard skins. Took some finesse to get all the holes lined up. Thought quite a bit about how to deal with the flap brace and getting the flap hinge in position for drilling. Some quickbuilders have countersunk the brace and riveted it to the spar then mounted the flap and drilled thru the skin, brace and hinge. I recall one log (can’t find it again when I really need it) where the builder used soft pop rivets to rivet the brace to the spar and drilled the skin, brace and hinge. Then disassembled by drilling out the pop rivets, countersunk the brace, dimpled the skin then riveted. Seems reasonable, although it would require a bit more time. Will think about this a bit more before committing to a course of action.
