And then when I re-installed the frame it fit better. Seems straight with the same gap on both sides, and the gap is pretty tight. It is about 0.032. To clear the space between skins upon opening I have lifted the aft skin with shims.
I pushed the bushing in with my fingers about half way and finished it with the squeezer. Seems good. The bushing measured about 10/1000 ths larger than the 3/8 reamer.
