Brief Description:
Canopy Frame 1
The canopy frame appears to be the last major structural part and uses the last skin.
Plans say to put some teflon tape on the inside of the forward edge. So I did. I wiped the aluminum with laquerer thinner and the tape really sticks.
I scribed a line ON TOP of the aft tube which will be used to align for drilling to skin.
Plas say to ensure flange is 90 degrees by trimming and bending. I'm not sure what the mean here. Mine appears to be at 90 degrees.
