Final step on this aft latch is to trim off the co-pilot side of the latch. Drawing calls for a 7/8 radius. So I found a big washer in my junk drawer and used it to mark the cut off line.
I did a rough cut with my hack saw and fine tuned it on the grinder.
And I put some primer paint on it and it looks excellent.
