I worked some more on the brackets that will hold the Andair High Pressure Fuel Pump. Per their drawings I made the two cross members for 3/4 X 1/8 angle. These have a couple plate nuts that the fuel pump bracket will screw into. And they have mini plate nuts on the ends to hold to the flange of the Van's center cover and floor angles.
So I ordered some mini platenuts MK1000-8 today from Aircraft Spruce. They seem to have the fastest shipping.
These cross members have dimensions on the drawing for their location, but the dimensions are in parantheses ( ) so they are reference. Their real location will be determined by the bracket that I'll get with the pump.
So for now I'm done with this center section. I can't finish it until I get the pump bracket from Andair. So I also won't prime and paint it now. I expect to get the pump and bracket after Christmas.
