Brief Description: Install Step 4: Drill Plastic Block holes and Prim

I drilled the holes thru the rib and step using the plastic block as a guide. I sanded the steps a lot to get the black stuff and letters off. Then I washed and primed. I put a little primer on the side skin also. They are ready for final riveting.
