Brief Description:  Front Deck (Tip Up) 5: Make Angles

The next angle isn't really and angle cause it is made of folded aluminum rather than an angle. It requires evenly spaced holes so again I used my accordian drilling jig. I love this thing. Ed, and Bruce if you're reading this, buy one of these accordian drilling jigs. They are fun.

Using the jig spaced the holes evenly and when measured they were withing 1/32 of the called for width apart.

I then used the drill press and the fence to again drill the cut holes. I didn't show this earlier, but using this board to drill through puts all the holes exactly the right distance from the edge and all in a straigh line. It was really useful when drilling the angle previously.
