Brief Description: Cabin Frame Roll Bar 35: Pop rivet Frame
Finally it is time to finish riveting the two halves of the frame together. This is done using flush head pulled rivets. At this time I also added a little more countersink on some of the holes to make sure the rivets were flush.
After getting it together, I decided to make it smooth. Some of the rivets stuck up slightly or were tilted so I used a file and then my sander to smooth everything off. This frame will be painted and show thru the canopy so I want it to look good.
I'm contemplating filling in the pop rivets holes to make them look flush.
