The outside bend and corner are pretty tight. I little hole where the radius is so that skin doesn't crack. I put some blue silicon under here.
It was tough riveting the bend. The tabs on the 706 underneath did not want to stay flush up against the skin. I had to hold them up with a large screw driver and buck them in the other hand with a bucking bar. So the primer got scratched. One problem rivet kept having too small of a head. I ended up squeezing a -6 down to a fat -5 and using it to get a good size shop head. Though ugly I think it is functional.
The seam between side and bottom skins is pretty good but opens about 1/16 at the corner.
